Fall River Police investigating multiple shots fired at home after window shattered
Fall River Police are investigating after a home in the city was fired upon.
According to Sergeant Moses Pereira, on Friday, just before 11:45 p.m., officers responded to the 800 block of Slade Street after a resident reported that their window had been shattered by what they believed to be a projectile.
The victim reported that he was awoken by the sound of the window shattering, and noticed what he described as a hole in the window curtain.
As officers continued their investigation, they were able to locate 3 spent shell casings in the area.
The case remains under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Major Crimes Division at 508-324-2796.
