Fall River Police investigating after man stabbed multiple times
The Fall River Police Department is currently investigating an early morning stabbing in the city.
Just before 5:00 a.m., a call came into dispatch from Charlton Memorial hospital that someone had been stabbed.
According to transmissions, the investigation led to an apartment on French Street.
Lt. Gregory Wiley confirmed that there was a male who was treated at Charlton Memorial Hospital this morning around 5:00 a.m. who sustained several stab wounds which stemmed from a domestic altercation.
Due to Massachusetts law, Wiley couldn’t elaborate further as the incident was domestic in nature.
The condition of the victim is unknown at this time.
Police were searching for a suspect, but it is unclear if any arrests were made.
