Fall River Police investigating after home hit by gunfire
Fall River Police are investigating after a house was struck by gunfire on Saturday.
According to Lt. Gregory Wiley, at approximately 10:21 p.m., FRPD Officers responded to the area of 733 Dwelly Street for a report of shots fired.
Officers conducted a canvas of the area and spoke with several witnesses who stated they heard several gunshots. Officers located several shell casings and later discovered a residence had been struck with a bullet. Major Crimes ID Unit responded and processed and collected the evidence.
There were no reported injuries.
