Fall River Police investigating after at least 19 shots were fired in Sunday incident

A large number of shots were fired in an incident in the early morning hours on Sunday in Fall River.

According to Captain Daniel Dube, at approximately 12:30 a.m., patrol units responded to 411 Fifth Street in regards to a shots fired call.

The investigation revealed that 3 houses and 3 vehicles in the immediate area had been struck by gun fire.

There were no injuries reported.

A total of 19 casings were recovered from the scene, according to Dube.

The shooting remains under investigation.

    Fall River used to be a nice city to live in now it’s gotten so out of hand and it’s not safe to even look out your window it’s sad is anyone trying to put a stop to these crimes and make our streets safer again
