Fall River Police Department welcomes three new officers
The City of Fall River now has three new officers on the force.
Chief Cardoza and the Fall River Police Department are welcoming the newest members of the Department to their ranks.
Officers Corey Dolan, Cheyenne Fortin and Nicholas Mello are graduating from the MPTC Plymouth Police Academy this morning, according to FRPD.
Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the normal graduation ceremony was modified.
“We wanted to take this opportunity to congratulate them and recognize them as they overcame many obstacles to achieve this great honor. Welcome aboard!”
The recruits met with Chief Cardoza and Field Training Coordinator Lieutenant Ron Furtado on Thursday to obtain their badges and attend a brief orientation before beginning their Field Training.
