Fall River Police Department welcomes 4 new officers to their ranks
The Fall River Police Department has announced the addition of several new officers.
FRPD is excited to welcome Officer Kyle Frizado, Officer Jackson Tracy, Environmental Police Officer Christian Ortiz, and Officer Emery Gomes to our ranks.
On Friday evening, their 23 weeks of training at the Randolph Police Academy culminated with a graduation ceremony at Norwood High School.
On Monday, they will continue their onboarding with a week of in-house training, followed by a 12-week Field Training Program.
The new officers are a welcoming sight for the department which has been suffering from a shortage the last few years.
