Fall River Police Department captures bank robbery suspect labeled as Kenny Rogers by residents
The Fall River Police Department has captured a robbery suspect that many residents have labeled as “Kenny Rogers”, the famous deceased singer.
According to police, 55-year-old Russell Golden has been arrested and charged in connection with the robbery of Santander Bank on June 2.
The bank robbery on North Main Street took place shortly after 12:00 p.m.
Golden allegedly presented a bank teller with a handwritten note demanding money. After receiving the money from the bank teller, he fled the area on foot.
