Fall River Police arrest three after vandalizing businesses, park
Fall River Police arrested three alleged vandals over the weekend.
According to Detective John Robinson, on Sunday, July 22nd at approximately 1:30 a.m., Fall River Police Department Uniform Division Officers responded to the area of Robeson and Locust Streets in response to a citizen’s complaint of three males tagging the buildings located at the corner. Officers Joseph Kubicek and Edmond Desmarais were first on the scene. With the assistance of Officers Timothy Magan and Nicholas Hoar, they were able to locate and capture the three men as they fled.
Spray paint damage was located on New England Pizza, Stop N Save Food Mart, Competitive Food Mart, and Ruggles Park.
Arrested were:
Anthony Garcia-Telado age 19 of 101 Annella Road Brockton
Michael Peace Jr. age 19 of 24 Cedar Street Fall River
Randall Wilkinson age 21 of 29 Goddard Road Brockton
All three men were charged with 4 counts of Vandalism, 4 counts of Tagging by Paint, and Trespassing.
