Fall River Police issue warrant for one, arrest three, including man dealing drugs while picking up students

Fall River Police arrested four city residents on various drug charges in separate incidents. One of the individuals was allegedly selling out of a van in which he was bringing students home from school.

According to Detective John Robinson, on Friday, February 22nd at approximately 3:30 p.m., Detectives of Fall River Police Departments Vice and Intelligence Unit were in the area of 85 Rhode Island Avenue performing pre-search warrant surveillance. The target of the search warrant was 28 year old Robert Bagley and his apartment at 85 Rhode Island Avenue.

Lead Detective Richard Aguiar was assisted by Detectives Joshua Robillard, Gary Barboza, Tryce Garrant, Bryan Custadio, Kwin Silva, and Detective Sergeant Gregory Wiley.

Detectives observed Bagley leave the apartment and walk over to a nearby store. Detectives then approached and detained Bagley. From there, they returned to his apartment and executed the search warrant. Detectives located 5.6 grams of suspected Fentanyl, a digital scale, empty glassine bags, elastics, and numerous pills. The pills included 51 Clonazepam .5mg, 1 Clonazepam 1.0mg, 10 Alprazolam .5mg, 5 Clonidine .1mg, and 1 ¾ Quetiapine Fumarate 100mg.

Bagley was placed under arrest on charges of:

• Possession to Distribute a Class A Drug
• Possession of a Class C drug -2 counts and
• Possession of a Class E drug -3 counts

On Wednesday, February 20th at approximately 5:30 p.m., Detectives of Fall River Police Departments Vice and Intelligence Unit were in the area of 603 Slade Street to execute a search warrant. The target of the warrant was 24 year old Terell Cruz-Dubois.

Lead Detective Kwin Silva was assisted by Detectives Joshua Robillard, Gary Barboza, Tryce Garrant, Bryan Custadio, Richard Aguiar, and Detective Sergeant Gregory Wiley.

On entry into the apartment, police located Cruz-Dubois in his bedroom. Inside the bedroom Detectives located a large sum of cash and a PlayStation 4. Inside that Playstation, Detectives found a balled up sock containing 10 rounds of 9mm ammunition, 2.7 grams of suspected cocaine and 4.2 grams of suspected Bath Salts. In a second bedroom, Detectives located a small amount of cash, a digital scale, 18.6 grams of suspected crack cocaine and glassine baggies. This bedroom belonged to 21 year old Luisceito Cruz-Dubois.

Terell Cruz-Dubois of 603 Slade Street #3 Fall River was placed under arrest on charges of:
• Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card
• Possession to Distribute a Class B Drug
• Possession to Distribute a Class C Drug

A warrant was issued for Luisceito Cruz-Dubois on charges of:
• Trafficking in Cocaine

On Monday, February 4th at approximately 1:00 p.m., Detective Richard Aguiar was informed of possible illegal drug transactions taking place in front of Letourneau School on Anthony Street. Det. Aguiar was informed that a white van arrives at the school between 1 and 1:30 p.m.. When people enter the van, a quick hand to hand transaction takes place. The person then exits the van and leaves.

Det. Aguiar went to check the area for the alleged activity. While there, he observed a white van pull onto Anthony Street and parked in front of the school. Within minutes of the van’s arrival, Det. Aguiar observed people exit vehicles parked in the area and then walk over to the white van where they would enter the van using the passenger door. After a brief moment, that person would exit the van, re-enter their car and drive away. Det. Aguiar observed this occur several times. Believing he had just witnessed several illegal drug transactions, Det. Aguiar notified his supervisor. Detective Sgt. Gregory Wiley responded to the area.

On Sgt. Wiley’s arrival, a traffic stop was performed on the vehicle. The operator, now identified as 59 year old Jesus M. Sanchez-Rosario, stated he was at the school to pick up and transport approximately 14 students home. Sanchez-Rosario was found to be in possession of 55 Oxycodone 25mg pills and 42 Oxycodone 30mg pills without a prescription, as well as a large sum of cash.

Sanchez-Rosario of 130 Canal Street apartment # 404 Fall River was taken into custody on charges of:
• Possession to Distribute a Class B Drug (2 counts)

The parents of the students were notified by the school to come and pick up their children.
