Fall River Police arrest Fall River, Taunton suspects on drug charges

Fall River Police arrested four last week in a drug bust.

According to Detective John Robinson, on February 13th, at approximately 4:00 p.m., the FRPD Vice Unit led by Detective Paul McGuire executed a search warrant at 116 Nelson Street. Det. McGuire was assisted by Lieutenant Gregory Wiley, Detectives Gary Barboza, Richard Aguiar, Guy Furtado, Tryce Garrant, and Sergeant William Falandys. During pre-search warrant surveillance, Detectives observed the target of the search warrant, Joshua Blithe, 33, enter his residence at 116 Nelson Street. Detectives followed and knocked on the door, announced their presence, but were denied entry. Detectives forced the door open, located and secured the four adults present and executed the search warrant.

Officers located 214 bags of suspected fentanyl and arrested Blithe and charged him with Possess to Distribute Class A along with numerous warrants.

Officers charged Jeremiah Rhodes, 35, from 819 Locust Street #37B in Taunton, with Possess to Distribute Class A, Possess to Distribute Class B, and numerous warrants after discovering over 10 grams of suspected crack cocaine and 8 bags of suspected fentanyl.

Michelle Lynn Lucas, 31, residing at 116 Nelson Street #3 in Fall River, was charged with Possess to Distribute Class E and Possess Class E drug after officers located 4 grams of suspected crack cocaine and 3.5 doses of Alprazolam.

Jasmine Rodriguez, 29, from 41 Park Street in Taunton, was charged with Possess to Distribute Class B after officers located 30 doses of suboxone.
