Fall River Police arrest city man on drug charges, warrants for exposing himself
Fall River Police arrested a city man on Tuesday who was wanted on some disturbing charges.
According to Detective John Robinson, at approximately noon, FRPD Detectives stopped Luis Ramos-Figueroa, 35, of 351 Mott Street, in a brown BMW X5 on Columbia Street. Ramos-Figueroa, who was wanted on warrants and known to police, was found to have in his possession six bags of crack cocaine, total weight of 2.7 grams, twenty-three bags of heroin, total weight of 10.8 grams, and several thousand dollars.
In addition to the Class A and Class B drug distribution charges, Ramos-Figueroa was taken into custody on warrants for ten counts of exposing himself to females, failure to stop for police, and negligent operation of a vehicle.
