Fall River Police arrest 33-year-old woman accused of breaking into vehicle, pleads not guilty

The Fall River Police Department arrested a city woman early Monday morning.
According to police, at approximately, 12:45 a.m., Patrol Bureau Officers Matthew Cabral-Barboza and Kelsey Faunce responded to the area of Ridge Street and Morgan Street for a report of a break into a motor vehicle.
Responding Officers met with the caller who had followed the suspect, Alexandra Rogers, after discovering that she was breaking into their vehicle. She was found in possession of items belonging to the caller that were originally in his vehicle.
Rogers was taken into custody and charged with B&E to a Vehicle in the Nighttime for a Felony.
She pled not guilty at Monday’s arraignment and was released on personal recognizance.
Rogers has a pretrial hearing scheduled for April.
