Fall River Police and Fall River Fire Departments once again will go head-to-head for charity, bragging rights
Let the smack talking begin!
The Fall River Police and Fall River Fire Departments have decided to go head-to-head for charity once again.
The two sides will square off in a basketball game to help raise money for the Veteran Association of Bristol County on Thursday, April 18th at 7:00 p.m. at Luke Urban Fieldhouse, Durfee High School, 360 Elsbree Street .
Many members of the Police and Fire Departments are veterans.
Besides the real winner being the Veteran Association of Bristol County, both sides are looking for bragging rights.
After recently going head-to-head in flag football and basketball for charity where FD got the win, PD bounced back with a hockey victory.
You can purchase tickets in advance for $5 each at the Fall River Police Station, the Fall River Fire Headquarters, or the Veteran Association of Bristol County. Tickets can also be purchased the day of the event at the door.
