Fall River Office of Veterans Services, organizations, businesses hosting holiday veteran giveaway

FALL RIVER, MA – The Fall River Office of Veterans Services, with the assistance of local veteran organizations and businesses, will be hosting a “Veterans Christmas Stocking Giveaway.”

The event will be held Thursday, December 21st, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Government Center.

Those wishing to participate must pre-register by calling the veteran’s office at 508-324-2432 to register a time to pick up their holiday stocking.

Proof of veteran status will be required at time of pick-up. Examples of verification include: a license with notification on it, a DD-214 or a VA card.
