Fall River, New Bedford, Taunton area cities and towns 2 week positive test rates for COVID-19

While Massachusetts has seen a marked decrease in COVID-19 cases since the height of the pandemic, some cities and towns are doing better than others.

As of July 29th, according to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Westport has seen a total of 103 confirmed cases of COVID-19. In the last two weeks, Westport has seen 3 positive tests out of 288 for a positive test rate of 1.04%.

Taunton has seen a total of 1008 confirmed cases of COVID-19. In the last two weeks, Taunton has seen 19 positive tests out of 1,236 for a positive test rate of 1.54%.

Swansea has seen a total of 145 confirmed cases of COVID-19. In the last two weeks, Swansea has seen 8 positive tests out of 251 for a positive test rate of 3.19%.

Somerset has seen a total of 218 confirmed cases of COVID-19. In the last two weeks, Somerset has seen 3 positive tests out of 292 for a positive test rate of 3.77%.

Rehoboth has seen a total of 67 confirmed cases of COVID-19. In the last two weeks, Rehoboth has seen 5 positive tests out of 161 for a positive test rate of 3.11%.
