Fall River man on two most wanted lists captured
A Fall River man, that is on both the Fall River Police and the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office most wanted lists, has been captured.
According to Detective John Robinson, FRPD Detective Eric Copsetta, and the FBI gang task force arrested Kyle C. Schwartz, 29, at the intersection of Oxford and Cambridge Street Monday night at approximately 8:00 p.m. Schwartz had 2 outstanding warrants for trafficking cocaine over 100 grams and trespassing. He was observed on the street and arrested on his warrants without incident.
Schwartz had failed to appear in Superior Court in January for a pretrial hearing in his cocaine trafficking case and an arrest warrant had been issued. The defendant was arrested last January on Albion Street in Fall River.
