Fall River man dies in fatal Monday afternoon crash
A Fall River man has died in a Monday afternoon crash.
According to Gregg Miliote of the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, the driver of the White Sentra pictured has been identified as Carlos Mendoza, 51, of Fall River.
Mendoza drove into the rear end of a parked tractor trailer on the side of the road on Plymouth Avenue near Nashua Street.
Mendoza was rushed to the hospital, but passed away.
No foul play is suspected.
The tractor trailer was not occupied at the time of the crash.
