On Friday, February 9th at approximately 5:30 p.m., Officer Andre DeMelo was dispatched to the 200 block of Sprague Street in regards to a white male wearing a red jacket kicking in a door. On arrival Officer DeMelo observed a white male wearing a red jacket walking down the pathway of the Sprague Street residence. Officer DeMelo detained the male who identified himself as Kevin C. Fitzgerald (age 30). Mr. Fitzgerald told Officer DeMelo that he had been robbed by a friend in the basement.
