Fall River man arrested for trafficking cocaine Saturday
A Fall River man was arrested on drug trafficking charges over the weekend.
On Saturday evening, at approximately 9:18 p.m., Troopers assigned to the Troop D Community Action Team were on patrol in the city of Brockton, when they stopped a Kia Optima on Warren Avenue for motor vehicle violations.
After a brief investigation, the driver, identified as Dakota Chandler, 26, of Fall River, was found to be in possession of approximately 22 grams of cocaine.
Chandler was placed under arrest and transported to the State Police – Middleboro Barracks for booking.
Chandler is charged with trafficking cocaine, and was held on $500 bail, pending his arraignment in Brockton District Court.
