Position Summary
CRM Rental Management, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Cleaner/Janitor for an apartment complex in Fall River, MA! Our company continues to grow and expand providing us with the opening for new talent!
This RESPONSIBILITIES of this position entails:
• Clean the office and restrooms on a daily basis.
• Clean and maintain models on a daily basis.
• Clean all vacant apartments as directed by the manager or assistant manager.
• Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless.
• Clean and maintain laundry facilities daily.
• Perform additional duties requested by the manager or assistant manager.
• Inform management of supply needs on a bimonthly basis.
• Performs any additional duties assigned by Superintendent, Property Manager, or corporate office. Daily duties consist of cleaning carpets, windows, community room, offices, etc.
The REQUIREMENTS for this candidate are:
• High school education or equivalent.
• Willingness to perform tasks required.
• Good safety habits.
• Good communications skills.
• Confident, positive attitude.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of people.
