BDC Manager/Asst BDC Manager/BDC Associates/Internet Representative – Empire Pre-Owned Superstore (Fall River)
$52,000 – $110,000 a year

Empire Automotive Group is now hiring for several positions. We are in need of an BDC Manager / Assistant BDC Manager and several BDC Representatives / Internet sales representatives to Manage a Centralized BDC to handle Multiple rooftops for both Sales & Service. Automotive knowledge is helpful, but is NOT required. Immediate and ongoing training provided. Recent high volume phone experience and excellent computer skills are a MUST! Our ideal candidates will be extremely organized, excel with written and verbal communication and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Automotive BDC Representative Responsibilities:
• Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
• Provide excellent customer service

Automotive BDC Representative Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 Year BDC Experience preferred but NOT required
• Experience working in an automotive BDC preferred.
• Experience handling in/outbound calls
• Will be on the phone and computer all day.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Thrive in fast paced environment
• Ability to work well independently
• Strong PC and Internet Skills

Automotive BDC Manager Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 Years BDC Experience required
• Experience handling in/outbound calls
• Will be on the phone and computer all day.

• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Thrive in fast paced environment
• Ability to work well independently
• Strong PC and Internet Skills
• Strong Objection Handling Skills
• Be able to create urgency and same day appts.
• Train and work with all BDC reps
• Listen / Monitor all calls that are happening in the BDC Daily
