Fall River Forever Paws Jumpy is a little guy looking for experienced owner

This week’s Fall River Forever Paws Pet of the Week is Jumpy!

Jumpy is another nervous little man that needs an experienced owner who can build up his confidence and help him to…be a dog!

Jumpy NEEDS an experienced owner! Forever Paws could not stress this enough. He isn’t your typical chihuahua. He won’t run up to you, tail wagging, begging for attention. He’s shy, he’s terrified, and he needs someone with enough time and patience to give him and that knows how to read body language.

This guy CANNOT be coddled or babied. He needs boundaries enforced. He needs his behavior corrected when it needs correcting.

He’s not a fan of cats and he’s selective with other dogs. Forever Paws definitely would not place him with a pushy, in-your-business kind of dog because that would absolutely push Jumpy’s limits. They also would not place him with children under 12 years old.

Jumpy is five years old and a little under 10lbs. He may not be your typical lapdog but, once he trusts you, once he loves you, he’ll make sure you know it.
