A Fall River firefighter has tested positive for COVID-19.
According to IAFF Local 1314 Union President Jason Burns, one firefighter has been confirmed positive for the coronavirus.
Others are being tested and quarantined according to Burns.
“6 firefighters that worked directly with him have been tested and are quarantined pending results.”
