According to Sergeant Moses Pereira, at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Friday, units responded to the intersection of Prospect Street and Highland Avenue in response to a motor vehicle collision.

The operator of a Jeep stated they came to a stop at the stop sign on Prospect Street. As they began to proceed, they struck a Toyota traveling north on Highland Avenue. The collision caused the Toyota to roll onto its side and strike a nearby fire hydrant.
