Fall River Dollars For Scholars offering scholarships
The Dollars for Scholars of Fall River announces scholarships in memory of Superintendent of Schools John R. Correiro, John and Pauline Pontes, Gregory M. Dorney and Carlos Barbosa.
These Memorial Scholarships are available to students that have already been in college or post secondary education for at least one year. Applicants must be Fall River residents. You must submit a copy of the Financial Aid award letter from your school for the 2018-2019 school year. You must include a copy of your Student Aid Report that includes your Expected Family Contribution (EFC). One application is sufficient to apply for all of these scholarships. The deadline is July 15, 2018.
These scholarships have a preference for but are not limited to students studying Education, Health Careers, Modern Languages, Sports Management, Business, and Bilingual Education. Applications can be accessed online at fallriver.dollarsforscholars.org
