Fall River COVID-19 cases over holiday weekend increase total to 2,225

Fall River saw additional cases of COVID-19 in Tuesday’s report.

According to the mayor’s office, 2,225 cases of COVID-19 have been identified in Fall River, a 37 case increase over the three day holiday weekend.

The Fall River Health Department is in contact with the individuals who have tested positive as well as their contacts.

The death toll from the coronavirus in Fall River remains at 135 today. The last fatality was released two weeks ago.

5 cases of COVID-19 were added on Wednesday. On Thursday, 6 more cases were added. Friday revealed 10 more cases.
