Fall River Christmas tree donor, delivery date, and lighting date announced
As we head into Thanksgiving, it is time for the city Christmas tree to arrive.
According to Assistant to the Mayor Monica Sousa, the 2018 Christmas tree has been generously donated by city resident Alan Baldwin of North Eastern Avenue.
The Department of Community Maintenance in conjunction with the Buildings and Grounds Department will be delivering the tree to City Hall on Monday, November 26th.
The tree lighting is presently scheduled for the following Monday, December 3rd at 5:00 p.m.
