Fall River and New Bedford issued Winter Weather Advisory

Our area has been issued a Winter Weather Advisory.

Here is the updated information from the National Weather Service.

* WHAT…Snow expected. Plan on slippery snow covered roads. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are expected.

* WHERE…Western Plymouth MA and Southern Bristol MA Counties. This includes the cities and towns of Brockton, Fall River, and New Bedford.

* WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Be prepared for reduced visibilities at times.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
