ERO Boston arrests Brazilian fugitive in Fall River wanted for rape
BOSTON — Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston apprehended a Brazilian fugitive wanted by authorities in his home country to serve a prison term that resulted from an October 2023 rape conviction. Deportation officers from ERO Boston arrested the 55-year-old Brazilian noncitizen July 31 near his residence in Fall River.
“This Brazilian fugitive attempted to flee justice in his home country and hide out in Massachusetts,” said ERO Boston Field Office Director Todd M. Lyons. “Thanks to the officers of ERO Boston, he will now be handed over to Brazilian authorities to serve his prison sentence. ERO Boston will not allow the world’s criminals to use New England as a hideout. We will continue to apprehend and remove egregious noncitizen offenders.”
The Brazilian fugitive lawfully entered the United States April 26 in Detroit, Michigan. However, he violated the terms of his lawful admission.
Brazilian authorities are currently seeking custody of the Brazilian fugitive. He is wanted for failure to serve a sentence after an Oct. 31, 2023, conviction for rape. Once returned to Brazil, he is facing a penalty of 10 years and six months in prison.
Deportation officers from ERO Boston arrested the Brazilian fugitive July 31 near his residence in Fall River. They served him with a notice to appear before a Department of Justice immigration judge. The fugitive remains in ERO custody.
ERO Boston did not release the Brazilian’s name.

He is only one of thousands of fugitives hiding in this country thanks to Biden/Harris. There will probably be much future harm to our citizens because of this policy of open borders. That isn’t even counting the terrorist who have gained entry.

And how about the mentality disabled child in Boston and he was let out on a bracelet and ran . What if these were your murdered or raped children. You wouldn’t say Biden and Harris are not responsible for welcoming them in . And the terrorists and robbers , violence. Something is wrong with your thinking . Also do some research into Biden’s daughter diary, where in her own words she blames her sexüal prowess on her dad (Joe) for taking showers with her. The Christmas season of 2024 is getting very close here. In less than three months the witch will be flying in the sky and then boom a week later the unofficial start of the Holiday season begins and the big winter Christmas census is taken out on the streets to see who needs shelter. Is it families. Yup. Do they have little ones? Yup. Do some of these adults with little ones come to the country from other countries as noncitizens. Yup. Are they capable of breaking the law and committing crimes such as child abuse, rape, drug offenses or illegally sleeping in cars out in the cold with their little ones? Absolutely. Is it possible that some of them might be fugitives from their own home countries. You bet. That equals get shelter and on a housing waitlist and get scared straight.
It’s time to have some of the newscasters, the weathermen and the politicians dressed professionally in suits and tie to take some of these sheltered homeless little ones to work with them so that the caseworkers in the shelters in coordination with the local police, the sheriff, some jailers, and some officers from ERO to scare these adults into following the law no matter what and that jail is jail and will be their new address if they commit crimes.
