Rehoboth Police, and Fire responded to a motor vehicle crash overnight.

At approximately 2:30 a.m. Friday, the Rehoboth Fire Department responded to a report of a motor vehicle roll-over on Tremont Street by Chartley Plaza.

The vehicle rolled over striking a pole.

The driver was out of the vehicle upon their arrival. The sole occupant was transported by ambulance.

The accident remains under investigation by Rehoboth Police.
