A driver was cited and transported to the hospital after a weekend crash on Route 6.
According to Detective Sergeant Bryan McCarthy on Sunday at approximately 2:00 p.m., Westport Police and Fire were dispatched to the area of 190 State Road for a roll over with injuries.
Upon arrival, officers located a GMC pickup on its side in the west bound lane of travel. Two utility poles were broken, leaving wires across both lanes of travel.
