Downtown Fall River restaurant, 19 Prime & Tapas, put up for sale
A popular Fall River restaurant with a prime location has been put up for sale.
According to real estate agents Team ROSO REMAX, 19 Prime & Tapas, located at 19 Jeremiah V Sullivan Drive near Government Center, is on the market for $299,000.
The property, which is not for sale, has indoor seating for 40 to 50 guests plus additional outdoor seasonal seating. The restaurant has also been recently updated. Liquor license comes with the price and all restaurant equipment to convey.
19 Prime Tapas opened for business at the former CAV Restaurant at the end of 2019 under co-owners Peter Sousa, Kimberly Arruda, Leonildo Sousa, and Deanna Dicorpo.
The eatery has an international flare with an array of options to choose from among social plates and entrees. You can also have a drink or soup or salad with your meal.
It is unclear what caused ownership to place the restaurant on the market, however, 19 Prime & Tapas is still in operation.
If interested in the business, contact Ronald Oliveira for a tour or more information at 508-733-5931.

Another failed business. Maybe if some of these restaurateurs werent dumb as rocks and filthy greedy, more of them would survive/flourish…

Clearly you have never run a business or made a payroll. Keep your stupid comments for the failed Herald News. LOSER!
