For those who want their dog taken care of, a new option in the area is about to open.

Located at 222 Grand Army of the Republic (G.A.R.) Highway in Swansea, Camp Bow Wow® Dog Day Care Center has set an opening date.

If you need someone to watch your dog during the day because you are at work or need to go out of town, Camp Bow Wow® offers doggy day care along with overnight boarding. They have Camp Counselors certified in pet first aid and CPR to take care of your favorite pet. You can even watch your furry friend on a live web cam.

The camps have all-day play in indoor and outdoor play yards. For overnight campers, there are individual cozy cabins and a nightly Campfire Treat™.

If you are looking for your dog to look and smell their best, bathing and grooming are available on site with various services that can include nail trimming and teeth cleaning.

Camp Bow Wow was excited to make today’s announcement.

“We are planning our soft open for Friday, May 7! Starting this week, we will be reaching out via Sign Up Genius to start scheduling Camp Tours for Pet Parents who are interested. We will send emails to those with completed Camper Applications including vaccination records.”

CBW will open for business with hours of operation of 6:30am-7:00pm Monday through Saturday and Sundays 7am-10am and 4pm-7pm. Sunday hours will be changed seasonally.
