Dartmouth narcotics investigation leads to Taunton, Berkley arrests

DARTMOUTH, MA – On Tuesday, April 5, 2022, Dartmouth Police detectives assigned to the Community Impact Unit, arrested Justin Reilly, 42, of Taunton, Michael Moniz, 39, of Taunton, and Felicia Munroe, 30, of Berkley.

At the time of his arrest, Reilly was in possession of approximately twelve grams of suspected cocaine, ten grams of suspected heroin, two grams of suspected crack cocaine, both Adderall and Suboxone tablets, and $519.

In addition to the outstanding warrant, Reilly was also charged with four counts of possession of with intent to distribute a Class B substance, and one count of possession with the intent to distribute a Class A substance, subsequent offense.

At the time of his arrest, Moniz was in possession of approximately one gram each of suspected heroin and crack cocaine.

Moniz was charged with possession of a Class B substance and possession of a Class A substance, subsequent offense.

Munroe was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

The arrests were the result of a narcotics investigation at a Dartmouth motel.

According to Chief Brian P. Levesque, “Our commitment to ridding the streets of these dangerous drug dealers is both relentless and unwavering, and I commend both my detectives and patrol officers on the hours of hard work that they put into making Dartmouth a safer place for everyone to enjoy.”
