Dartmouth man seriously injured in motorcycle crash on Braga Bridge in Fall River/Somerset
A motorcycle rider was rushed to the hospital Monday evening after a serious motorcycle crash.
According to Trooper James DeAngelis of Massachusetts State Police, Troopers responded to a crash on the Braga Bridge at 7:15 p.m.
The crash involved a motorcycle, operated by a 40-year-old man from Dartmouth, and a 2017 Ford F150, operated by a 72-year-old man from Leslie, Michigan.
The operator of the motorcycle was transported to Rhode Island Hospital with serious injuries. The operator of the F-150 was not injured and the vehicle was able to be driven away from the scene.
The scene cleared shortly before 8 p.m.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
