Coast Guard reports three bodies located off the coast of Massachusetts
Officials say that three missing men have been located off the shore of Massachusetts.
According to United States Coast Guard Northeast, Michael Sai and 3 additional people departed Hampton, NH, Wednesday morning in a 17-ft white center console. Their reported destination was fishing grounds near Jeffreys Ledge, approximately 50 miles offshore.
An overturned vessel was located early this afternoon by Coast Guard aircraft approximately 7 miles northeast of Cape Ann. No persons in the water were observed at the time and the search continued for the four missing people.
Moments ago, it was confirmed that United States Coast Guard Northeast boat crews recovered 3 unresponsive persons after searching in the vicinity of the overturned vessel.
The search is ongoing for the one remaining missing person.
