Co-owner of Christopher’s to run for City Council

A co-owner of a popular Fall River eatery is reportedly running for office.

According to a Facebook post from the restaurant, Nathan Silvia of Christopher’s, is running for City Council.

“So breaking news!!! Because Nate has been involved in helping Fall River become the best it can be and because he not only talks up good things he actually does the physical work to get these things done it is with great pride I announce that Nate will be seeking your vote for city council for the great city of Fall River. He’s shown his track record; he’s shown that the only gain he seeks is your representation and he has shown the work and commitment needed to represent you and only you. Finally. Show your support and remember your vote is your sword.”

Christopher and Nathan Silvia have been vocal and hands on in the community particularly concerning homelessness and hunger.
