Bristol County Sheriff’s Office welcomes newest K9 team to Fall River Police Department
“Please join us in welcoming the newest K9 team in the area: Officer Marc Correia and K9 partner Satu of the City of Fall River Police Department.
Satu is a 16-month-old shepherd who tips the scales at 80 pounds. Officers Correia and Satu are training with the BCSO K9 team to get up to speed, and both are doing great during the second week together.
It’s not unusual to see an Officer Correia in Fall River with a K9: Marc’s dad, Raymond, was a longtime K9 handler with Fall River PD. We’ll keep everyone posted as their training moves on.
Good luck team!”-Bristol County Sheriff’s Office.
