Body discovered on Massachusetts beach Tuesday
A body has been discovered on a Massachusetts beach this morning.
According to Dave Procopio of the Massachusetts State Police, at approximately 6:50 a.m., a resident of a high-rise condominium on Revere Beach Boulevard observed and reported what appeared to be a body on the beach, in the area of the Oak Island Bathhouse. Troopers from the State Police-Revere Barracks responded and confirmed discovery of a deceased adult male.
Preliminary observation suggests the man may have washed onto the shore from the ocean.
State Police detectives and Troopers from the MSP Crime Scene Services Section also responded.
The investigation is ongoing to determine the deceased’s identity and the facts and circumstances of his death.
