According to Morning Consult, for the fifth quarter in a row, America’s 10 most popular governors are all Republicans and on the top of the list is Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker.

Baker came in with a 71 percent approval rating. Raimondo came in at 39 percent. Nearby Connecticut Governor Dan Malloy faired even worse at 21 percent.

The Governor Approval Rankings were compiled from online surveys conducted with almost 275,000 registered voters from Jan. 1 through March 31. In each poll, Americans indicated whether they approve or disapprove of the job performance of their U.S. governors. For each question, they could answer strongly approve, somewhat approve, somewhat disapprove, strongly disapprove, or don’t know / no opinion.

Morning Consult also asked voters’ approval on U.S. senators. In Massachusetts, Elizabeth Warren came in at 54 percent while Ed Markey was at 52 percent. In Rhode Island, Jack Reed came in at 55 percent and Sheldon Whitehouse’s approval was at 49 percent.
