Amber alert issued for child abduction, suspect has Massachusetts ties
UPDATE: Man with Massachusetts ties faces 11 charges after kidnapping, burglary, Amber alert cancelled.
The New York State Police has activated the New York State AMBER Alert and is investigating a child abduction that occurred at Tallow Wood Drive in Clifton Park, NY at about 1:00 AM on 5/8/2020.
The child, Gustavo Oliveira, is a Hispanic male, approximately 9 years old with short, black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 4 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 100 pounds. He was last seen wearing shorts and a red t-shirt.
The suspect, Nivaldo P. Oliveira, is a Hispanic male, approximately 41 years old with short, black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 6 feet 0 inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and jeans.
The child was taken under circumstances that lead police to believe that they are in imminent danger of serious bodily harm and/or death.
According to Boston 25 News, Nivaldo has ties to Massachusetts.
Anyone with any information on this abduction is asked to call the New York State Police Clifton Park at (866)NYS-AMBER or dial 911 to provide information on a report or sighting.

My my understanding they are not Hispanic. I believe they are Brazilian which means they are bid Hispanic, check your sources and also know your facts about ethnicity and race before hand.
