Gen Andrade, 48, of Somerset, who is out on bail, has been charged with extortion conspiracy; extortion; theft and bribery; and false statements and has had her hearing continued at a later date.

51-year-old Antonio Costa, of Fall River, is expected to waive indictment and plead guilty to charges of conspiracy, extortion, and making false statements at 12:30 p.m. in United States District Court Tuesday.

David Hebert, 54, of Westport, is also expected to plead guilty at 11:00 a.m. on similar charges.

58-year-old Hildegar Camara, of Fall River, is expected to appear in court and plead guilty on Thursday.

All three men have entered plea agreements.

Mayor Correia has been charged in a superseding indictment with bribery; extortion conspiracy; extortion and aiding and abetting; wire fraud; and filing false tax returns. Correia has maintained his innocence and has stated he has done nothing wrong and has no plans to step down.
