AAA offices temporarily close due to COVID-19
Local AAA offices will due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
AAA Northeast has temporarily closed all of their branch locations. They will remain closed until further notice.
According to Massachusetts State Representative Alan Silvia, beginning Monday, April 6, 2020, all AAA Northeast Office will be closed for at least two weeks.
These branches include Somerset, Fairhaven, Raynham, Plymouth, East Providence, South Attleboro, and Rockland.
According to AAA, roadside assistance service providers remain ready and available to assist members in need. You can request roadside assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 800-AAA-HELP, requesting it online or through our mobile app.
AAA Northeast has enacted work from home protocols for employees, so membership, insurance, travel, and banking representatives are also still available to members.
