Fall River Police arrest 6, seize 5 firearms, cocaine, in two separate incidents

Fall River Police say that they have made a handful of arrests in two separate incidents.

In an ongoing effort to reduce violent crime and protect the people of Fall River, on Thursday, the Fall River Police Department executed two successful search warrants — one at Father Diaferio Village, the other on Blackstone Street — targeting illegal drug activity, firearms, and repeat violent offenders.

FRPD stated that this operation was made possible through a strategic reorganization and seamless collaboration between the Patrol Bureau, Housing Unit, Emergency Services Unit, and CAST. Weeks of intelligence gathering led to precise execution — and results.

Arrested at Father Diaferio Village:

18-year-old Mason Blake – Multiple Firearm Related Offenses

22-year-old Arjaray Lewis-Holloway – Multiple Firearm Related Offenses

46-year-old Luanda Lewis – Multiple Firearm Related Offenses and Possession of Class B & C drugs

Juvenile – (was currently under house arrest for a previous firearm possession arrest, and now faces additional firearm charges)

Arrested at Blackstone Street:

27-year-old Tarsha Sousa – Multiple Firearm Related Offenses and Trafficking >100g Cocaine

44-year-old Marteze Taylor – Multiple Firearm Related Offenses and Trafficking >100g Cocaine
