Massachusetts State Police respond to rollover crash on Route 24 with injuries

Massachusetts State Police responded to a local rollover crash that took place near a fatal highway collision.

According to Tim McGuirk of Massachusetts State Police Media Relations, a crash involving two vehicles occurred just before the fatal crash scene on Route 24 in Berkley, which required EMS and tows.

The collision took place a short time after the fatal collision that occurred just before 1:00 p.m.

Both operators were transported by EMS to nearby hospitals for non-life-threatening injuries.

Berkley responded to 4 crashes on Route 24 and 1 other in town in a 6-hour span on Tuesday beginning with these two collisions.

The incident is under investigation.
