Driver transported to New Bedford hospital after early morning crash into a tree
Crews responded to an early morning Sunday crash in Lakeville.
According to the Lakeville Fire Department, the crash occurred in the area of 140 Howland Road just after 1:30 a.m.
An adult male was injured when his car left the road and struck a tree. Roads were covered in light snow at the time of the crash.
The patient was extricated and transported to St Lukes Hospital. His injuries do not appear to be life threatening.
Response included Ambulance 3, Ambulance 1, Engine 1, Car 2, and Car 1.
