Massachusetts man hits $1 million State Lottery prize on $10 scratch ticket
He may not look happy, but this Massachusetts man recently hit big money on a State Lottery scratch ticket.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Dilson Do Carmo of Plymouth is the winner of a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$4,000,000 Bonus Money” $10 instant ticket game.
He chose the cash option on his prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes).
He purchased his winning ticket at Express Mart, 367 Court St. in Plymouth. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
