Two police departments in Massachusetts are investigating pet thefts.

According to police, on Tuesday, at approximately 11:00 p.m., the Milford Public Safety Communications center received a 911 call for dog abducted from a Main St. residence in our town.

On arrival, Officers were met by the animal’s owners, who stated they heard their dog, “My Love” cry and when she made her way to check on the dog, discovered it was gone.  It is believed the suspects entered the residence through a rear access door to the apartment.

Bellingham Police Department is also currently investigating two Micro-American Bulldog abductions in their town.  It is not confirmed that these incidents are connected at this time.

“My Love” is a 1.5-year-old, female, French Bulldog with a black coat and a white patch chest.  If you have any information, please contact our Confidential Tip Line 508-473-3800 or email tipline@milfordpolice.org
