Police looking for public’s help to find missing 16-year-old Rhode Island teen
The Johnston Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Jesus “Joel” Ortiz, who has been reported missing. Jesus is described as:
• Height: 5’5″
• Weight: Approximately 112 lbs.
• Ethnicity: Hispanic
• Hair: Dark curly hair
He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, white undershirt, black pants, and grey and black Nike sneakers. Jesus may have been spotted in the Broad Street area of Providence.
