Pereira stated that in total, 21 individuals were charged.

Seems a bit harsh for trespassing. There has to be more to this story. Maybe they were all super loud, making a mess, doing drugs, anything but trespassing. That’s such a petty offense.

Stay off the Q-Trail. It is scenic but it is also dangerous and full of junkies living in the woods … the whole stretch from Rodman to Brayton Ave is unsafe. If you walk it make sure you are strapped, Don’t let your Grandma go on it
The rabid Q Trail promoters think the trail magically transforms Fall River into Westport… it does not. Many ‘Bad Hombres’ travel on the Q-trail be careful

Whenever the Fall River papers don’t publish the names of the people arrested it makes you wonder.
The rail trail is very dangerous. I wouldn’t let me kids anywhere near it because the FRPD seems more concerned with covering up their own than it is with actually making the community safer.
